For companies that send out thousands of payments a week to their vendors or gig workers, manual AP processes can be tedious and time-consuming. There’s a lot of payments to add into your accounting software, various checks that need to be made (Are there any duplicates? Are all of the payments approved? Are all the numbers adding up?) which can take hours if done manually.
Routable’s CSV upload streamlines this entire process from start to finish. Simply format your payments into the appropriate CSV template. We’ll check for any duplicates and warn you before you upload them if there are any errors or if things don’t add up properly. If you need to add any approvers, you’ll be prompted to add them at the end. We’ll also automatically map all your fields to your accounting software (Xero, QuickBooks Online, and coming soon: NetSuite) so you don’t have to.

Although our API integration can be one of the best ways to fully automate your accounts payable process, it’s not always feasible for all companies to start using it right away.
